The strategy of our professional development is focused on the development of new contemporary models of work in the field of improving the business of the private and public sector, as well as the application of these models in the markets on which we work.
History
We were established in 2004 with the primary goal - developing and implementation strategies for the recovery of Western Balkan companies. We recognized the specificity of the working conditions of the companies in this region and realized that they require the creation of a specific methodology and working procedures, so we carefully and with experts from different fields, have accessed this challenging job.
During the first five years of work, we developed, protected and applied our methodology in more than 50 companies across the region, different ownership and capital structure and expanded our team and started to develop new services.
Further professional development we was continued through the development of advanced tools in the field of human resources development, employees assessment and evaluation, as well as establishing solutions for improving the level of companies performances. At the same time we worked on developing methodologies for improving the work and efficiency of the work of the public sector and public enterprises, as well as the development of mathematical models aimed of optimizing the results and the work process. In the next three years we have internationalized our business, expanding it further in the regional and technological sense.
Today, we are a modern international company that has significant experience in the areas of business optimization, information technology and public and public sector reforms. Our international influence we was established and strengthened by merging with the American company International Consulting Service (ICS), with which we have digitized methods and models that were applied in the work, developing modern information solutions, applicable throughout the world.
Behind us are numerous projects with private companies as well as public companies and the public sector, as well as large projects financed by the world's major donors - the World Bank (WB), UNDP, EBRD, and many others. More than 250 companies in the Region applied our recovery aimed methodology, and we formed a separate segment of the company - ICS Institute, designed to develop and test new methodologies, apply matrix systems of calculation, digitization and optimize operations. Within our ICS Educational Center, we develop and apply modern education approaches, applying advanced skills development systems that lead to the growth of individual and group performance. Our company today operates in the territory of Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East.
